Responsibilities:
Priorities:
- Resolve project related / customer specific technical issues to support project commercialization
- Identify customer needs and translate them into appropriate product offer
- Manage translation of applications into other regions or markets
Additional:
- Identify new customer leads, analyze fit with strategy and quantify value in use to determine value price
- Develop and maintain customer and value chain relationships
- Implement Marketing strategies by identification and execution of resulting projects
- Review and compile competitive information for Input into Sales strategy updates
- Ensure multi-level relationship in place, including senior management
Qualifications:
- Master Degree or Diploma in plastic engineering, polymer chemistry or a similar field
- Several years of international working experience, especially in E&E parts design and/or production
- English fluent, further languages advantageous
- Ability to manage and execute projects from initiation to commercialization
- Ability to easily connect and adapt to different people and environments internally and externally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel in Europe
