Reporting in to the Operations Manager, the Coordinator, Samples and Operations oversees a high volume workflow of samples within the studio for all our products photography. In this role you will build strong relationships with multiple business partners to successfully source, track and return samples ensuring a smooth production. You will be responsible for all the logistics and management of our samples throughout each stage of the shooting process. Working closely with in-house creative and production teams as well as freelancers and external vendors, you will efficiently deliver thousands of still-life and on-model digital product assets every season. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a problem-solver mindset and plays a key role balancing operational AND creative considerations. You will be comfortable working under pressure and flexible to accommodate any change in planning. In terms of behavior, the Samples & Operations Coordinator adeptly navigates ambiguity and remains calm and pragmatic when direction unavoidably changes. In this position you will role-model the PVH Studios' HOW WE ACT principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the flow of product and virtual assets through all stages of the studio workflow
- Source, track and return products samples to and from multiples sources
- Organize and maintain the sample set to maximize space
- Lead a team and effectively assign priority according to planning
- Create and maintain our seasonal database in our Photo Management System
- Support creative team with products preparation and troubleshooting any sample issue
- Work with production teams on short and long-term planning of incoming product samples to maximize bay utilisation and studio cycle time
- Deliver status updates of seasonal shooting and studio reporting
- Responsible for internal and external ad-hoc sample requests and returns
- Improves execution of standard processes
- Create and maintain training materials for new hire
- Liaise with stakeholders and peers to communicate shooting status
