The Dutch entity is a Sales and Marketing organization with a Finance department that is responsible for supporting the business on the one hand and for local financial reporting, reporting and tax returns on the other hand. The processing of the administrative work is outsourced to the SSC in Budapest.

Under the supervision of the new Head of Finance, the Financial Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining analysis tools to support the local organization with the decision-making process. Most important responsibilities are:
- Collect, Consolidate and analyse periodic P&L (opex, payroll and stock) performance
- Perform variances & trend analysis (actuals versus forecast, budget and prior year)
- Highlight the impacting elements and escalate any issues
- Monthly opex review with the heads of the departments
- Support the business in the purchase order process
- Monitor stock development and impact on organization & performance and advise stakeholders in a monthly review
- Create various Ad-hoc reporting and analysis (local and international stakeholders)
- Continuous improvement of all processes and procedures (internal and external auditors)
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor + in Business & Economics or similar
- Minimal 5 years of working experience (preferably some experience in similar role)
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Good knowledge of SAP, Hyperion and Excel (PowerBI is a pré)
- Excellent interpersonal skills within a multicultural and diverse organisation
- A business focussed approach geared to delivering a high-quality service
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Able to work well under pressure and meeting the tight deadlines
- Flexible, motivated teamplayer with hands-on, problem solving and result-oriented attitude
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Monthly gross salary in the range of €4.750 - €5.500
- Maximum 10% bonus based on personal targets
- Good pension plan
