As a Customer Care Representative you will process medical device orders, specifically relating to procedure kits (set of products needed for an implant procedure), track shipments, respond to (internal) customer enquiries, handle product information requests, and resolve hospital emergencies for our products. You will work and partner with the sales teams, operations teams and other internal departments with respect to customer needs, act as a professional liaison between internal and external customers resulting in customer satisfaction and -retention.
In this role your other main activities are:
- receive and process procedure kit sales orders in SAP;
- track deliveries and shipments for customers;
- ensure the timely return of unused products, coordinate the returns process between customer, sales, freight forwarder and address any issue that may occur
- work with operations, marketing, sales management, other departments and freight forwarders to obtain answers and solutions to customer requests, including service complaints;
- ensure relevant customer administration and documentation (e.g. Service Cloud)
Requirements:
- Education on MBO level or equivalent experience in customer care.
- Microsoft Office programs (specifically Outlook and Excel);
- customer-focused;
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written skills);
- Language skills – English, Dutch and German, Spanish or French is a pré.
- strong organization skills and demonstrated attention to detail;
- ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, ability to work effectively under pressure;
This is a temporary vacancy for 40 hours a week, till the end of this year.
