As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you are the designated person to support and drive the Rituals brand in developing, executing, and optimizing the customer journey to strengthen the online presence of Rituals, creating more engagement with our customers, and delivering top-notch digital campaigns across 20+ markets.MAIN PURPOSE:
Customer centricity is key to this role. To achieve this, the main purpose is to enhance and evolve the customer journey of e-mail, SMS, push messaging and direct mailing across 20+ markets based on data and insights and maximize sessions and conversion by offering qualitative and relevant content via the preferred owned channels.
