As a customer service agent for the H&M Group you are the main point of contact for their dear customers! You will assist our German clients by phone, chat and email with questions regarding orders, deliveries and payment processes. These orders can be part of the H&M online shop, as well as the retail city stores. Whenever out customers are in need of help on one of these matters, you will help them out to satisfaction. H&M also owns some other brands, meaning you will also assist customers on some of the following brands: Monki, Weekday, COS, &Other Stories and ARKET.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • A market-conform salary and interesting secondary conditions such as discounts for H&M Group products, reimbursement of travel expenses and meal allowance.
  • A fulltime contract for 32 or 38 hours per week
  • The possibility to earn a permanent contract
  • An initial paid training of three weeks in our center in Maastricht. The training will ensure that you can help our customers in the best possible way, even if you do not have any customer service experience yet!
