Itsme is looking for a sales driven digital sales manager to implement and optimize the organisations customer centric omnichannel strategy. Its absolutely imperative for itsme to integrate all personal and digital touchpoints in to on effective and seamless customer journey. Thus ensuring a smooth and pleasant journey for both the existing and new customers.

In your role as digital sales manager, you develop and drive our digital sales channels for our companies in our five countries with a holistic understanding of the business rationale. Your goal is to drive traffic, revenue and returns for the various itsme group digital platforms, as well as for the customised systems integration solutions like OCI, Punchout, cXML and EDI. You ensure alignment of all goals, initiatives and actions with the personal channel.

Tasks and responsibilities

Propose and execute the operational international digital sales plan as an integrated part of overall operational sales plan Internally and externally demonstrate the added value of the itsme web platform and show strong advocacy for its value to our customers. Use all available digital means to create additional awareness with customers about itsme product assortment and service capabilities Initiate, co-develop and execute sales actions on the itsme group digital platforms Monitor the lead nurturing and lead follow-up process to ensure timely and reliable sales follow-up of marketing and sales initiatives Ensure customer satisfaction and optimal customer experience across all digital channels Follow-up platform-related customer feedback with an emphasis on the shopping functionality Identify and co-develop value-add functionality for the itsme group digital platforms Identify and co-develop value-add system integration solutions functionality/ Acquire and extend system integration customer base Run analyses for performance, usage during time periods, success of sales initiatives, together with the marketing department Analyse across channel customer journeys and identify potential improvements Identify cross-sell, upsell and loyalty opportunities and define digital sales initiatives to target them. Work closely together with other stakeholders like product service marketeers on the prioritizing and execution of these initiatives Keep up to date with technical developments in the fields of SAP CX products and Systems Integrations You work in close cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Central Sales Support and the system integration development team.

Functie eisen

What will you bring to the table?

Experience & Education
  • Proven track record in generation of online growth and enablement programs for industrial B2B omnichannel environments
  • You know when and how to accelerate in the transition from a brick and mortar world into a digital world, maximising benefits for customers and itsme companies
  • You have an acknowledged technical understanding of, and experience in, system integrations technologies and tools
  • Work experience with Hybris Commerce / SAP CX is a big plus, experience with Hybris Marketing, Hybris C4C and STEP is beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. German would be a plus
