As our business enters an exciting period of growth, we require a Distribution Sales Manager
Founded in 1993, SELF Electronics Germany GmbH is a LED lighting manufacturer. We are a market-focused LED lighting business that views LED as a transformational digital technology. There are three divisions within SELF: Retail, Commercial and Drivers & Controls.
With core markets in Europe and North America, we turn innovation into commercial solutions with LED lighting only. We have a strong development team with more than 100 engineers, on the other hand we cooperate with European design companies making the products fit with the local culture.
SELF has a 100,000sqm factory in Ningbo, China, a 1200sqm warehouse in Germany and 2000sqm in the USA to make sure delivery in time.
The SELF Group is a private company funded by a strategic retail and technology team. It is led by an experienced management team with extensive global experience in retail merchandising and LED lighting technology.

Distribution Sales Manager
to be responsible for stabilizing and retention of a nominated portfolio of accounts. If successful you will differentiate SELF`s value proposition to customers by building strong relationships, both internal and external, and taking responsibility for overall customer’s satisfaction. - Identify and develop new opportunities in each country in Europe.
- Coordinate sales efforts within the assigned territory to insure implementation of overall strategy and marketing programs as well as sales performance.
- Work out targeted presentations and sales stories for distribution opportunities,
- Schedule and roll out new product programs and promotion programs.
- Carry out effective sales calls and develop strong relationships with key accounts across the country.
- Coordinate internally all special requests and projects for assigned territory.
- Train manufacturing representatives, as needed.
- Communication with global key account group
- Participate in key account meetings
- Feedback to general manager about key account activities
- Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.
