For our Customer Support operations we are looking for an EHS Specialist based in our Hillsboro office. 

Job Mission
Support Operations in the Hillsboro office, to secure safe and healthy work environment and sound environmental performance for our employees working in office environments and on ASML systems in the customer fab.”  ASML is a world leader in the manufacture of advanced technology systems for the semiconductor industry.  ASML’s corporate headquarters is in Veldhoven, the Netherlands. Job Description
-Manage all aspects related to environmental, health and safety for the Hillsboro site and within the customer fab.
-Manage documentation: OSHA 300 logs, indicators, incident logs (near miss/good catch, injury, and environment) for the Hillsboro office.
-Incident investigation: facilitate reviews, risk rank incidents.
-Perform indicator analysis (leading and lagging) to establish goals and focus areas for site.
-Manage worker’s compensation process.
-Manage ISO 45001 compliance items.
-Provide sustaining support for the site (safety review board support, permit to work reviews, provide instructor-led training).
-Provide direction to Safety Engineers (mentor and coach).
-Management of overall site EHS program: compliance audits, leadership engagement, customer SPOC, provide train-the-trainer courses as needed, establish focus areas for site.
-Create Toolbox talks, safety communications, and presentations. 

Education
BS required or a Masters degree preferred in Safety Management or comparable, preferably CHST/ASP/CSP certification, or equivalent experience. 

Experience
5-10 years working experience as EHS Manager in high tech industry in the US.

-Strong focus on excellent workmanship.
-Motivated, pro-active, self-driven and flexible.
-Good technical skills, analytical skills, and hands-on skills.
-Good communication skills, verbal and written, in English.
