Business Management Employee Credit will be positioned within the domain of the Chief Operating Officer Credit, which covers Business and Project management, Loan Review and the Credit Capital Control Unit.
Functieomschrijving
As a Business Management Employee Credit you will offer support with regard to the non-core business processes. Your tasks will have a main focus on communication on these processes. The responsibilities with regard to communication are among other things:
- Management of the intranet sites of Credit (organisation/business area/project sites)
- Communication support (Projects, Webinars, workshops, knowledge sessions etc.)
- Writing newsletters and -messages
- Editing articles
- (Co-)organizing events (Visitors week, Credit day,Soapbox sessions etc.)
- This job asks for a pro-active, anticipating and flexible attitude and a large degree of ownership and independence.
Functie-eisen
Your profile
- You have an education MBO (intermediate professional education) with 5-10 years of experience or you are a HBO (higher professional education) starter
- You have good experience in the field of communication, both in Dutch and in English and preferably know your way around within the bank.
- You know how to work with Office applications (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel) and Sharepoint. You are a quick learner.
- You are well-organized and resilient: even in case of high pressure you keep priorities straight.
- You are open for agile way of working and can adopt frequent changes in planning.
