All about the role:We're looking for a Facility Coordinator to take care of our Amsterdam HQ. Performing a range of administrative and organisational tasks, you provide the highest standards and take responsibility for the office to ensure our business can run smoothly.
In this role, we're also counting on you to:
Act as the first point of contact for suppliers and our directors
Take ownership of leading and supporting the Operational Facility team
Project manage any construction and renovation projects in our Amsterdam office
Coordinate and manage our Travel Company & the local car fleet
Liaise and manage facilities contracts with external parties
Organising office events
Set up new employees with everything they need
Ready to take on this varied facilities role? Here is what we need from you:
2-5 years' experience as a Facility Coordinator or Office Manager
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Facility Management, Hospitality Management or similar
A proactive, flexible and positive approach to your work
Able to deal with ad-hoc situations, multitask and be stress-resistant
Excellent organizational skills and confident decision-making
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Experience with office construction and/or renovation
