Introduction
Be responsible for overall clean room hook-up configuration, maintaining utility matrix, clean room space management, clean room architecture & furniture, clean room re-layout, clean room space & Hook-up Reporting and outsourced contract management – clean room related.
Job Mission
- Survey and define the quality and quantity of each cabin´s hooked-up resources such as HVAC, electrical, and water supplies, as well as each cabin’s structural load capabilities;
- Expert in each clean room’s hooked-up resources and structural integrity;
- Authoritatively challenge requests from production, D&E, and O&M – wherever necessary – to ensure the optimum balance of performance, risk and cost;
- Validate/review concept, PID, FMEA, HAZOP (with EHS) and commissioning test plan, test results for key projects requiring modification of process utilities;
- Survey and understand the various needs of the people working there and configure the best possible placements of teams and locations;
- To decide which is the best configuration you will work closely with the production teams and understand their needs;
- Secure know how and safe designs - Write and maintain design guidelines document for process utilities at ASML LF, lesson learned – best practice in collaboration with General Contractors and Consultants.

Education
Bachelor Eng. – Electricity, Chemical, Mechanical, Environment or related field.
Experience
3 years of related facility working experience.
Personal skills
- Technology driven;
- Office software skill;
- Project Management;
- Creative problem solving;
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize;
- Good communication skills;
- Hands on and conceptual - In-depth analytical skills;
- Verbal and written in English.
