For a global leader in creating solutions to support a sustainable tomorrow, striving for zero impact via our energy efficient air treatment and climate solutions, we are looking for a field service engineer. Using innovative, world-leading technologies, this company creates the perfect climate to environments where climate is truly mission-critical, by ensuring perfect temperature, humidity and air quality control.
Your future activities
You will execute preventive maintenance on a range of the equipment. You will provide on-site troubleshooting on both components as specialized products (mechanically and electrical equipment) and will provides on-site installation, configuration, modification and repairs. You are willing to learn and have a proactive attitude. You take initiative in giving advice to the customer and can identify commercial opportunities. You help your team by improving processes. You will create daily reports and quotations in our CRM-system, actively pursue and follow up on your quotations. You will achieve this by working and collaborating closely with colleagues in the sales, service & admin departments. The Service team consists of about 10 people and you will report to the Teamleader.
Functie-eisen
- MBO+ study with background in Electro mechanics, air conditioning (HVAC)
- Affinity with HVAC or a background in installation technology sector
- A valid VCA diploma
- Ambitious and driven to achieve end goals
- Excellent speaking / reading / writing skills of both Dutch and English
- Experienced with Microsoft 365 and CRM software
- Driving license B
