Do you want to work for an international organization, have exprience with invoicing, are you the best in setting up business and are you strongly skilled in Excel? Then this client would like to hear from you. This developer in the healthcare sector, who aims to deliver innovations with a sense of urgency that improve the quality of life, are looking for a financial analyst for the AR department. You are strongly skilled in analytically thinking. You like to interact with data and know how to convert this into clear understandable insights. In this role you will also work on IT-related projects, in which you also make improvements with regard to the process. You don't mind ending up in a fast-growing environment in which a lot still needs to be developed, getting  energized by change and are focussed on continuous improvement. 

What would be your tasks & responsibilities:
  • daily processing of invoices
  • Daily processing of bank statements (cash application)
  • Resolving unapplied/unallocated cash in collaboration with the designed credit controller
  • Daily preparing and processing all credit notes (RAs, pricing issues, bill only, bill&ship, other)
  • Support the collections team where and when possible
  • Maintain in close contact with sales origination
  • Assure adequate stakeholder management
  • Assure adequate reporting and analysis within the deadlines set
  • Demonstrated IT experience and being able to assist in any IT development endeavours
  • Assure adequate knowledge transfer and back up in the event a colleague is out of office

Functie-eisen
Must haves:
  • Bachelor degree (HBO) or higher degree in Business, Finance or equivalent
  • Language: fluent in English (verbal and in writing), any other languages are a pré
  • 3-5 years of experience within a finance department.
  • Being an expert in Excel
  • Experience in a shared service environment is a big plus
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma is a big plus
