To support this scale up activities, we are looking to strengthen our development team that currently comprises an experienced full stack developer, data engineers and ad hoc partnerships with external UX, design and development teams. … Our development work touches development across web, iOS and Android. As a medical device company, we are smart about our development processes: we work agile, keeping the app codebases in sync, test automation, etc. Our web infrastructure is hosted on GCP and comprises: a full data pipeline including mobile app analytics, patient results and activity data, extract/transform/load, and reporting; REST APIs for the app and integration partners, a Patient Relationship Management frontend, including data dashboard frontends. We are migrating towards a CI and CD pipeline using Docker and Kubernetes. We currently use nodeJS on the backend, and Angular for frontend. Our data pipeline manages sensitive patient information, with the associated data security implications. As a Digital Health Fullstack Web Developer you are part of the wider development team, including fullstack web developers and data engineers.
Functie eisenThe following skills/experience are required:
- Degree in computer science, IT, maths, or equivalent by experience
- Two years experience in full stack web development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / NodeJS and html / CSS
- Strong knowledge of at least one MVC framework and frontend
- JavaScript framework
The following skills/experience are desirable:
- Angular / Ionic
- MongoDB
- Meteor / Cordova
- GCP / Kubernetes / Docker
- HL7 / SNOMED CT standard
- iOS / Android development
- Test frameworks and CI
- Cloud services, ideally GCP, and CD
- Best practices in sensitive data collection and processing
