Start working as a webcare employee in Enschede for various companies and address our client's customers through social media in your native language, German.
What will you be doing?As a webcare employee you enjoy monitoring the social media channels and reacting to the posts that come in. The different companies you work for each have a culture, and norms and values of their own. It is important that you develop your own style and can switch between the styles of these companies. With your empathy and creativity, you help customers from start to finish by figuring out the best solutions. It will be your job to surprise the customers time and time again! You do this for a wide array of clients: from charities that require you to use your empathy to an internet provider that demands commitment to the technical side of things.
Aside from arranging the pro-active webcare, our client offers way more in the field of customer service. You could also be responsible for Back Office and some other administrative duties. There’s something here for everyone! You will work in an international environment with a cosy and informal ambiance and where community of co-workers is very important. Personal development is encouraged and there are many growth possibilities to allow you to use all your qualities.
Requirements: At least a higher professional education (HBO) degree either finished or in progress, preferable in the field of marketing/communication;Knowledge of the German language, both spoken and in writing;Empathy, you really want to understand the customer and won’t rest until you find a suitable solution;You are a social butterfly yourself, active on social media and interested in trends and developments;You are open to learning new things and not scared of new experiences;You are flexible with your working hours, making you available for work in weekends and in the evening if needed.
