Role description
As a Global Application Expert you will manage R&D projects based on sour dough. The focus will be the development and application of sour dough products. Part of the role is also to give training internally and externally (clients). Within the organization you will become the "go to" person when it comes to sour dough. Around 20% travelling abroad is required for this position.

ProfileBachelor degree level
Fluent English
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the R&D department
At least 3 years of R&D experience with sour dough
Experience in the bakery industry is a must
Personal skills such as: strong communicator, result driven, flexible and willing to travel
