Our client is one of world’s largest company into the technical branch. Currently they are looking for a HR Offiicer who’s capable to deal with an international environment. Furthermore you are responsible for 4 office in The Netherlands and Belgium includes about 150 employees.
Summery:
Provides comprehensive and professional Human Resources support to all Ingersoll Rand facilities in The Netherlands and Belgium to enable the facilities to achieve their business goals. Insuring business effectiveness and success through leveraging a full range of Human Resources functional capabilities including, but not limited to: talent sourcing and selection, onboarding, associate relations, retention, conflict avoidance and resolution, HR data accuracy and reporting, compensation/rewards and recognition program administration.
- Build strong partnership with line management in being a professional business partner for
- all local managers of the organization
- Identify proactively HR challenges and offer solutions to create a sustainable modern working environment and employer reputation challenges implement Ingersoll Rand HR policies and procedures and ensure the adherence
- Recruiting, interviewing and effective onboarding of new hires
- Collaboration with external payroll supplier and providing information for the monthly payroll as required to ensure employees pay and benefits are accurate
- Supporting the segment HRBP’s as required
- Establish/maintain the Employee Handbook for the Netherlands and Belgium
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human
- Resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance with local laws
- Handling the yearly HR processes according to the corporate/regional timeline
- Leading local HR projects and supporting in global projects as required
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Human Resources, Management, Legal, Psychology or related area
- Proven experience as a HR Generalist in a similar position, with track record of meeting tight and demanding deadlines.
- Experience of working for an international organization is a must
- Proficiency in Ms Office suite, HR software and systems
- Strong communicator to both managers and employee in Dutch and English verbally and in writing
- Profound in the labour law for Netherlands, Belgium Labour law knowledge is an advantage
- Strong relationship builder who likes to work across borders and in an international team
- Demonstrated ability to establish high level of trust and credibility, both internally and externally
- Self-starter who likes to take the lead and drive processes
- Drive for creating results and manage to set priorities
- Demonstrated ability to accurately perform high volume, detailed work including data quality review
- Ability to participate in planning and influence decisions in writing and verbally; and to speak persuasively one-on-one and to groups
- Demonstrated problem-solving and data analysis skills, using both to support recommendations, track and improve actions
- Strong process improvement and customer satisfaction orientation
- Ability to travel domestically to multiple facilities in the Netherlands and Belgium
