What does the role involve?
In this HR Operations role in the Benefits team, you will be responsible to support the EMEA company car and Mobility programs.
- Administration and processing of daily HR Helpdesk tickets logged by employees for EMEA Company car and mobility programs;
- Ensure employee data accuracy in SAP for EMEA Company car and mobility programs;
- Day to day engagements with vendors (Leasing companies, Garages) and the internal Finance department (services, invoicing and payment);
- Generate and consolidate company car related reports (Eligibility reports);
- Company car invoicing support & advice;
- Escalate and flag all issues encountered;
- Focusing on process improvements;
- Periodic audits and data accuracy reviews, ensuring full compliance with legal and tax requirements.

- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, mainly Excel;
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, or equivalent;
- Experience with vendor- or stakeholder management;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude;
- Data and system savvy;
- Excellent command of English. Fluency in another language is strongly preferred;
- High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP/HR;
