What does the role involve?

In this HR Operations role in the Benefits team, you will be responsible to support the EMEA company car and Mobility programs.

• Administration and processing of daily HR Helpdesk tickets logged by employees for EMEA Company car and mobility programs;
• Ensure employee data accuracy in SAP for EMEA Company car and mobility programs;
• Day to day engagements with vendors (Leasing companies, Garages) and the internal Finance department (services, invoicing and payment);
• Generate and consolidate company car related reports (Eligibility reports);
• Company car invoicing support & advice;
• Escalate and flag all issues encountered;
• Focusing on process improvements;
• Periodic audits and data accuracy reviews, ensuring full compliance with legal and tax requirements.

This is why the role is a great match for me

• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, mainly Excel;
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, or equivalent;
• Experience with vendor- or stakeholder management;
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude;
• Data and system savvy;
• Excellent command of English. Fluency in another language is strongly preferred;
• High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP/HR;
