HSE Officer Sittard

For one of our clients we are searching for a new colleague. This client is working in the production area in the region of Sittard. They are producing for the marketsegment Financial Industry.

For further expanding of their department we are currently looking for a : Health, Safety & Environment officer (HSE)

The HSE Officer is responsible for:
- Training the HSE committee and all staff members on HSE and Security regulations and procedures.
- Managing and training the local Security Team
- Identifying, developing and implementing physical security, environmental and health & safety   management strategies and plans.
- Developing and implementing a Security & Business Continuity Management System
- To be in compliance with the Dutch Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations through business     audits and advice / training
- Develops, implementing and maintaining a compliance policy for the site in operational standards and procedures, by taking into account the requirements of ISO standards 9001, ISO 14001 and the Dutch legislation.

Requirements:

Education:
- Completed technical Bachelor
- Certificate of proficiency: Elementary Diploma Health & Safety (Arbocoördinator) or Emergency Organization (Hoofd-BHV), First aid.
- Legal training / knowledge is an absolute pre
- At least5 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment.

Personal skills:
- Hands-on mentality
- Good communication skills,
- Excellent command of Dutch and English both written and verbal
- Strong personality.
- Team player

Offer: 
In this role the salary is based on age and experience. The range will be around 3500-4500,- euros a  Month. You will be starting with determined contract by the company.
