We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator for the photo studio of a well known fashion brand based in Amsterdam. Do you love fashion, are you able to work under pressure and do you have experiences with all aspects of inventory movements & planning. You will be responsible for all the logistics and management of the samples throughout each stage of the shooting process.
This role requires excellent organizational skills and a problem-solver mindset. You will be comfortable working under pressure and flexible to accommodate any change in planning. You are responsible to coordinate the sample process for all seasonal samples. You will be the link between different departments in order to successfully source, track and return samples ensuring a smooth production. You will be responsible for all the logistics and management of the fashion samples throughout each stage of the shooting process.
Further you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing, tracking and returning products samples to and from multiples sources;
- Organize and maintain the sample set to maximize space;
- Lead a team and effectively assign priority according to planning;
- Deliver status updates of seasonal shooting and studio reporting;
- Responsible for internal and external ad-hoc sample requests and returns.

Functie eisen
The ideal candidate:* Has 2 to 3 years experience working in an operational environment (preferable in a warehouse);
* Excellent communication and time management skills;
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast pace environment;
* Excellent understanding of Excel to include formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups.
* Flexible team-player who also works well independently. You are not afraid to take ownership;
* Living in Amsterdam and available right away.
