Job Mission
This individual supports the WF SPC program. In addition he or she performs internal audits on ASML Wilton processes independently.ASML is a world leader in the manufacture of advanced technology systems for the semiconductor industry.  ASML’s corporate headquarters is in Veldhoven, the Netherlands. Manufacturing sites and research and development facilities are located in Connecticut, California and the Netherlands. Technology development centers and training facilities are located in the United States, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, and Taiwan. Additionally, ASML provides optimal service to its customers via over 50 sales and service organizations in 16 countries. Founded in the Netherlands in 1984, the company is publicly traded on Euronext Amsterdam and NASDAQ under the symbol ASML. 

Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity in our Wilton, Connecticut facility to join our  Quality Team.  In this position you will be responsible for the following key duties:

-Lead/Perform internal audits on Wilton manufacturing and design processes.
-Provide detail and summary reporting on audit results.
-Prepare quality metric reporting.-Lead and facilitate manufacturing process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for Wilton factory.                
-Lead sessions with Development and Production Engineering to determine pFMEA requirements per project.   
-Develop and maintain risk mitigation follow-up and reporting. 

Education
Bachelor degree in Industrial, Production, Electrical, Mechanical, Optical or Chemical engineering, or equivalent experience. 

Experience
5-10 years relevant experience in quality engineering, auditing, process controls and design. Knowledgeable in ISO9001, working in quality, manufacturing. ASQ-CQA a plus. 

Personal skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Capable of interfacing with various department organizational levels.                                                                     
-Ability to summarize detail results into effective management summaries/reports.
-Ability to plan and execute multiple project tasks.
-Proactive mindset.
-Effective meeting facilitation skills.
-Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
-Knowledge of mechanical or optical assembly manufacturing processes.
-Ability to assess effective root cause and corrective action.
-Ability to operate independently with teams as a coach.                                                                             
-Ability to summarize detail results into effective management summaries/reports.
