In this position you will combine working for both brands at different IPXL locations as a beauty advisor.
You will represent the image, products and culture of Jo Malone London and Bobbi Brown to the customer and you will continually exceed customer expectations within these luxury brands. Extraordinary customer service skills (such as the signature hand and arm Jo Malone London massages at the Tasting Bar ), highlighting the client's individual beauty with your outstanding makeup artistry skills, excellent product knowledge when it comes to fragrances, skincare and makeup of both brands, a talent for story-telling and the drive to achieve all sales targets, are essential in this role.
