- Mentoring and supporting team members in their way of working.
- Ensuring and continuously improving the technical quality in the projects.
- Establishing and ensuring a high-quality development process.
- Taking part in systems architecture definition.
- Analyse and estimate user stories, breaking down big tasks into smaller pieces.
- Aligning with customers and defining technical requirements.
- Explore new technologies.
- Exciting projects with international B2C/B2B companies, mainly in retail, wholesale and manufacturing with a strong focus on multichannel commerce.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Mindset: Scrum, Agile, XP, DevOps.
- Master degree in Computer Science.
- Good communication skills.
- Dutch native speaker and being well connected is a plus.
- Knowledge of AWS as a development platform and server-less technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of Commercetools is a plus.
