For our client in Sas van Gent we are looking for a Logistics Employee USA for a fulltime job. You will be working from the head office in Sas van Gent.
As a Logistics Employee USA you are working in the Netherlands but are in daily contact with customers, suppliers, warehouses and custom agents in the USA and all over the world. You will report to our Operations Manager and will be in daily communication with our American colleagues.
To ensure that this contact runs smoothly, you will start working at 12:30 P.M. (Dutch time).
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
• Execute and process new orders.
• Ensure deliveries are received on time and according to specifications.
• Monitor and forecast supply chain needs for the sales and purchasing departments. • Maintain and develop new relationships with logistic partners in the USA.
• Organizing and registering additional services.
• First point of contact for complaint handling.
• Proactively identify issues and come up with effective solutions.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or equivalent work experience.
