As a Maintenance Technician (mechanical / electrical) you work in a team of 10 colleagues, to keep the technical infrastructure running at all times. Your team is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance to the mechanical, - electrical, -
and control systems. In the event of malfunctions, you resolve them. In addition, you also take a critical look at why this malfunction occurred and discuss / think up solutions and improvements.
All this goes according to strict protocols. You will be challenged every day to act within the culture, processes, budgets, safety & health regulations and KPIs so that the quality level is guaranteed at all times.
Together with the Team Leader, you look at your qualities and a program is put together to continuously develop yourself (training, coaching) for optimum employability.
Daily responsibilities
To ensure all expectations, for the proper functioning of the technical infrastructure we'd like to get in touch with candidates who recognizes themselves in:
"Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on a high level for the logistics infrastructure
"Solving faults/malfunctions in the shortest possible time
"Carry out improvements to the machinery/systems
"Anticipating preventive maintenance
"According to work orders to carry out maintenance work on logistics infrastructure and
Installations.
"Keeping track of actions in logbooks and checking actions taken by colleagues
"Reading logs from colleagues from other teams
"Complying with quality and safety

To make sure that You and ATI Sistemas fit together you ideally meet this profile:
"Mid career work and thinking level (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Systems, or similar)
"Demonstrable work experience in a technical environment (production / logistics)
"Knowledge and experience with packaging processes and process technology is an advantage
"Good social and communication skills at various levels within the organization, creates support for change and adjustments
"Decisive, result-oriented, strong organizational, analytical and structured.
