As the Head of Digital Showroom Technology, you will work closely with your business partners to establish a sustainable working model to continue scaling Digital Showroom Technology. You will be accountable for the HOW and liaise between internal and external technology teams to deliver the ambitious digital roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help in setting the vision for the DS technology landscape and architecture that meets organization needs today and in the future
- Partner with your business peer to drive roadmap supporting short and long-term business objectives
- Oversee our tech journey through feature releases and advise the business on growth solutions
- Leverage existing as well as new technologies to scale and deliver value
- Grow internal team while establishing a solid technology foundation for partners
- Partner with other domains in Tech and other departments
- Drive Cloud Journey and business continuity
- Define and deliver 24/7 support model for all the DS technology operations
