Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative development for multiple areas, including creative direction, social campaigns, ecomm and brand films.
- Develop and prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
- Craft direction, guidelines and standards that elevate the motion work for the entire organization
- Collaborate with internal and external directors, producers, artists, specialists and crew to produce a variety of film projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consumer- and brand focus
- Lead the execution of creative strategies for moving content to ensure end to end creative excellence from sell-in to consumer-facing
- Direct a variety of creative resources (internal motion team members, freelancers, and agency partners) to develop, create and produce overflow motion projects
- Lead efforts to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
- Review and approve production strategies of final creative execution
- Maximize results within given budget and timeframes
- Participate in the creation of annual and long-term Creative Direction strategies
- Present and communicate objective creative solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to variety of stokeholders
- Identify opportunities of improvement and change and initiate own proposals/projects
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
