Job Mission
The Primary focus is support the Return and Reuse packaging material. 
  • This position will be responsible for the Planning, scheduling and monitoring stock levels of returnable packaging. This position will also be responsible for interacting with other departments and suppliers of ASML.
  • Reports to Logistics Manager, manages work area, improvement to processes, works together with Logistics, Warehouse and Receiving, FTZ team (internal and external).

Job Description
  • Logistic processes -SAP.
  • Manages demand and supply to ensure material availability/production progress.
  • Coordinate packaging and have daily communication between Planning, Delivery Control and Shipping.
  • Daily communication with 3pl suppliers of packaging.
  • Provides standard reporting and presentations to departments.
  • Prepare daily reports.
  • Participate and support in audits.
  • Monitors and manages supplier KPI’s.
  • Trouble shooting and solve complex issues in a methodical manner.
  • Trouble shoot issues within SAP.
  • Work effectively under pressure of deadlines.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Properly transfer material in SAP.
  • Teamwork.
  • Continuous improvement.
  • Maintain work area in accordance with 5s+1 principles.


Education
Associates degree or equivalent experience. 

Experience
  • 5 years Planning experience.
  • SAP – understanding inventory control.
  • General computer proficiencies.
  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word a plus. 

Personal skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels within the organization and external.
  • Strong organizational skills and detailed record keeping.
  • Customer focused, able to work in a diverse environment and culture.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
