As a Process Analyst Product Digitalization in the Supply Chain Process Development team you are working on cross functional projects of small to medium complexity aiming to change and improve current divisional processes around Product and Price data flows.
This person is responsible for delivering projects covering the integrations between existing and new tools. These integrations are for divisional processes around seasonal set-up, merchandising, product master data, price data and assets. It is important that you are able to gather a clear understanding of business/process requirements through detailed investigation and that you are capable of translating them into technical requirements. The role involves interaction and cooperation of stakeholders across various business teams. It is essential that you have excellent social, communication and project management skills.
This role will be working closely with IT, covering all systems supporting divisional processes and tools like PLM, SAP, PIM, DAM and Digital Selling tools. Besides that this role will take care of day to day support of these processes.
The role will report directly to the Director SCPD Product & Price.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and testing new developments or changes to End-to-end data integrations between systems, together with our IT department.
- Participate in cross functional projects as a subject matter expert on product and pricing master data integration topics.
- Works on process alignment across divisions and enables cross divisional best practice sharing.
- Analyses and monitors cross divisional processes, in areas of product creation (SAP, PLM, PIM, Sales tools).
- Works closely together with other members of the Supply Chain Process Development team to ensure alignment with other systems and applications.
- Work closely with IT and the Digital Product team, who are responsible for our selling tools.
- Supports the business teams on their day to day work regarding product master data flow between systems.
- Gives training and provides support to Super Users in the divisions if applicable.
- Supports Director SCPD Product & Price in analyzing business processes.
