Process coordinator

We are looking for a specialist in process execution and development to work as part of the new process
coordination organization within YIN Client and Services. You will be the replacement for a senior
process coordinator of the network department.

Functie-eisen
Tasks and skills expected: 

Analysing customer demands, change requests and needs 
Work out and align with IT possible and suitable solutions to the customer needs 
Manage the processes for the whole YIN department 
Supporting all Vattenfall processes YIN needs to adhere to 
Monitoring and evaluating IT Deliveries via reports 
Ensure a proper reporting and transparency about results and status of processes and actions 
Adjust processes to the new organisational setup of YIN 
Support the Managers with effective reporting of processes 
Identify and introduce improvements in the process area 
Ensure the proper execution of SLAs, OLA´s, including measurement of SLA, OLA fulfilment and drive  and run actions in case of deviation 
Experience in IT process management 
Background and Experience in IT, Technology and/or Economics is preferred 
Very good skills in communication, problem solving and collaboration skills 
Customer oriented and able to deal with multiple customer demands 
Ability to work with all levels of the organization & create and maintain business relationships 
Excellent skills in setting priorities 
Good knowledge in ITSM 
Ability to manage or handle tasks and take the end to end responsibility to have them executed
