Product Manager (m/f)

YOUR REPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize new ideas and turn them into world-class products that users love. You will be building products targeting the needs of the consumers and recruiters on our service.
• Push product development forward, making sure that everyone involved such as developers, UX, marketing and business owners has a clear understanding of what problems we’re trying to solve and the requirements.
• Manage delivery timelines - You’re not afraid to shake things up to make sure everyone is working efficiently towards a shared goal.
• Get projects across the finish line - Strive for perfection thinking through each detail but love to release and deliver solid results
• Monitor the performance of launched features and analyze user engagement and retention
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, driving product changes. You will be expected to understand the recruitment segment and market requirements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Passionate about product: You know the road to making a great product, but are more importantly hugely passionate about and just as importantly, you love what you do.
• Solid track record: At least 4 years’ experience launching top notch online or mobile services that you are proud of.
• Can-do attitude: Will go the extra mile to launch the best possible product.
• Curious about the space: You think that the key to creating a great product is through continually engaging with its users, keeping an eye on competitors and breathing the latest trends.
• An aspiring analyst: You are able to generate bold and innovative ideas for growth but know to look past the vanity metrics to gauge a product’s success.
• A people person: You love product because it gives you an opportunity to communicate with lots of different people with different backgrounds.
• Good written and verbal language skills in English (German proficiency a plus, but not required)
