The Team
Since the launch of B2B Ecommerce in 2017, it became a significant channel supporting our ambition to create groundbreaking digital experiences for our customers. B2B Ecommerce team is part of the Digital Product Team. From introducing online shopping to the global expansion of the Digital Showroom, the team's aim is to delight customers, increase speed to market, focus on sustainability, and create efficiencies across the value chain.
You'll be responsible for enabling the seamless & inspiring shopping experience on the B2B Ecommerce platform and defining the goals and requirements for 2 squads.
Key Responsibilities:
- You ensure that the site is performing well; think of apdex rating as one of your team's key results
- You maintain the bird's-eye view on the site architecture and address the building blocks that enable us in the long-term
- You champion quality and ensure that tackling technical debt is not a thing we never get to do
- You connect the dots and together with engineers come up with simple and sustainable solutions to solve complex user/business problems
- You are part of a creative, and open-minded agile team that consists of engineers, product people, a merchandiser, a business analyst, a product marketer, and a scrum master
- You are part of an agile team with a startup mentality. We welcome new ideas and initiatives and turn these into prototypes to validate with our customers
