Are you looking for a job with a successful international producer of high-end electronic test and measuring equipment? Then we are looking for you!
We are looking for a Product Service Engineer for the Semiconductor/IC test market. You will support our customers with the after service of Chroma’s wide portfolio of semiconductor IC test solutions ranging from automate test equipment (SoC Test Systems,VLSI Test Systems) , PXI systems, IC handlers, and system level test solutions.
If the case is so complex that it cannot be dealt with remotely, you will be deployed in the field to solve the problems on location. You will perform service work at national and international locations on complex machines, it concerns both planned maintenance work and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Having extensive understanding of our product requirements, datasheet and test plan;
- Giving customers technical support, repair and after service in the Semiconductor/IC test market;
- Answering technical questions from Sales Specialists and customers;
- Supporting sales specialist for installation and training for semiconductor products on site;
- Being able to have business trips abroad;
- Take part in on-call duty shifts;
