Our ‘Scoober' drivers deliver more than 150,000 orders every week across our markets. That includes our biggest market, Germany – where food-lovers from Bremen to Berlin order with our Lieferando.de brand.
Scoober is the name of our driver logistics operation. From city coordinators to project managers and the people who get the food to your door, Scoober makes sure we're always on the move.
Your Job
As our Project Manager for Global Driver Recruitment, you're involved in the most high-volume area of our recruitment. That means finding a way to develop and optimise our hiring processes, whether it's improving the applicant experience or reducing cost per hire.
Enjoy tech and data? That's a big plus. You'll be working with integration tools, as well as providing analysis and updates across our markets. As part of our major global expansion, you'll also help us set up driver recruitment in new countries.
Working at the heart of Scoober, you'll also have the opportunity to:
- Co-ordinate activities across multiple departments, including Recruitment Marketing, IT and HR
- Work closely with the Project Management and Line Management teams across our markets, via weekly alignment meetings
- Undertake KPI analysis and data forecasting
- Measure and report on the success of new projects once they go live
Your profile
Here are the ingredients we need from our new Project Manager:
- 2+ years' experience in a project management or consulting role
- Experience in high volume recruiting / ATS systems / candidate experience
- Fluent English: C1-level (written & spoken)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Engineering or another relevant field
- A proactive, goal-oriented and structured approach to your role
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and also as part of a team
