Voltys Recruitment is recruiting an Area Accountmanager Water for a specific division of an international company with their focus on Water consultancy and technology within Heavy Industries. In this role you will cover the southwest area of the Netherlands for Water Consultancy in the Heavy Industries division in the Benelux. The role of Area Accountmanager Water is to ensure order and revenue growth of Company products and services to assigned customer and prospect accounts by analyzing and meeting customer needs; developing and implementing sales plans; selling products and providing customer support in an assigned geographic territory focused on the Heavy Industries in the Benelux.
In this role you will achieve annual sales targets by working with the District Manager, Team Leader and/or district sales personnel to establish selling strategy and tactics. You ensure that all contracted Service Plan activities are delivered in a proactive manner, providing a high value proactive service to our customers along with value added projects is fundamental to retaining our relationships on site. You will obtain orders and establish new accounts; plan and organize daily work; calls on existing and potential sales customers. You will discover customer needs & requirements and generate strategic plans recommending Water solutions.
You'll assuming both sales and service responsibilities within the assigned area working closely with Application engineers to apply the Water Service Standards striving to improve quality and document value provided to the customer. You Recommend changes in chemical dosages, flow rates, operational changes or equipment to the customer and Develop and maintain a sales pyramid and other required reports or documentation. You maintain close contact with district management regarding account activity, customer needs, prices, competitor activity, Engaging and demonstrating the district safety culture in all aspects of your day to day work.

Functie eisen
The rightful Area Accountmanager Water has an adequate level of education (HBO/WO) Minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or related other technical field or related relevant industrial (5Years +)experience. You need experience in Industrial Water Treatment and/or Process Industries. Commercial Experience in sales environment is required. A VCA certificate preferred. You have a commercial attitude with a drive for growth/success and safe working behaviour. You own the ability to work flexible hours to ensure service delivery. You own the ability to work both independently and in a team. Dutch and English language skills are required. Of course you need a valid driving license B.
