As a member of our team you will have the chance to develop and design customized b2b and b2c android applications using agile development methodologies and the latest architectural patterns like MVP & MVVM. Additionally you will take part in designing features and the software architecture and work closely together with QA, Product Managers, Backend Developers and other teams in their mission to build the most comprehensive restaurant commerce platform.

Senior Android Developer (m/f)
As a member of our team you will have the chance to develop and design customized b2b and b2c android applications using agile development methodologies and the latest architectural patterns like MVP & MVVM. Additionally you will take part in designing features and the software architecture and work closely together with QA, Product Managers, Backend Developers and other teams in their mission to build the most comprehensive restaurant commerce platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of an agile mobile application development process to build a user-centered app
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features
- Establish, lead, and oversee all relevant new product ideas
- Identification, testing, and fixing of all performance issues
- Maintaining a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies
- You take responsibility to ensure successful results
Skills & Requirements
Your Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Java with a solid background in Android development
- 2+ years of overall software development experience with a focus on mobile applications
- 5+ years of experience required for more challenging projects
- Good knowledge of web technologies, including APIs and protocols (e.g. HTTP, REST, JSON) as well as building a system with ANT or Maven
- Preferably 3 published apps in Google Play
- Strong knowledge of MVC and OOP principles
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proactive "can-do" and "hands on" attitude
- Good communication skills, high proficiency in English or German
