As the Senior Hub Coordinator, you take care of the day to day operations within the Scoober Hub in Eindhoven, keep track of the drivers in the streets and connect with the City Operations Manager as well as your colleagues in the office.You coordinate the work of your colleagues in the Hub Coordinator team and take ad-hoc decisions in the daily business. While keeping the overview and supporting your Manager, the City Operations Manager of Eindhoven, you always keep a foot on the ground and help where you are needed on the floor.What can you expect?
- Oversee the smooth operations on a daily basis
- Coordinating and training of your colleagues and the drivers
- Replace the City Operations Manager during absences with e.g. the contact to restaurants, shift planning or compliance
- Escalating issues and working on process improvements with your Manager
- Helping with among others the check-in of drivers, administration of the materials, onboarding of drivers and more
- Fluent English, Dutch is a plus
- Experience in a similar role, like floor manager or assistant restaurant manager
- Skilled in Google Sheets or Excel
- Solution-oriented approach and you don't mind to get your hands dirty
- A natural leader, communicative and easily approachable
- You are available to work on irregular shifts: weekends and evenings
- Variety in your work and growing responsibilities
