As a Senior Creative Content Producer in adidas Digital your task is to manage and deliver in totality or sub-elements of large scale (>1m €) and mid-scale digital-first content productions for allocated workstreams. You will oversee allocated workstreams within Studio A to ensure timely delivery of best in class assets. The production scope can be on a local or global level across digital, markets or Business Units. Your objective is to conduct digital-first productions within the boundaries of time, cost & quality while focusing on digital-first content purposes and requirements. You will be expected to plan and execute content productions alongside the creative and project management teams. Additionally, you will add value by supporting Studio A on strategic production initiatives. You will also focus on resource management, production vendor management and coordination activities, acting as the central interface to project stakeholders.
- Scope: manage and deliver in totality or sub-elements of large scale (>1m €) and mid-scale digital-first content productions.
- Workstream oversight
- Lead key workstreams from a content production perspective.
- Oversee multiple projects and teams within your workstreams to ensure content productions are delivered on time and in full.
- Set up and manage a team of producers to support on multiple content productions across workstreams.
- Build, maintain and manage key relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Work closely with Studio A Dir. Creative Content Production to constantly evolve and elevate the content production output across allocated workstreams.
- Production / Content Delivery
- Understanding Communication team briefs, calendars, budgets, creative approaches and final creative to realize shoot efficiencies ensuring OTIF (on-time-in-full) delivery, on-budget and quality productions.
- Producing, leading and being the production authority on content productions.
- Creatively producing best value, innovative and integrated shoots to fulfil the creative vision of Studio A.
- Managing and overseeing production:
- Costs (bids / estimate reviews, negotiations and payments)
- Timelines (pre-production, shoot and post-production)
- Business Affairs (clearances and insurances)
- Product sample sourcing and provision
- Securing athlete and talent attendance (together with Comms and Sports Marketing / Entertainment and Influencer Marketing)
- Travel requirements of non-adidas persons
- On-set attendance and production
- Managing the post-production (retouching / editing / content archiving)
- Wrapping including Production Completion Reports, cost reconciliations.
- Resource Planning
- Art buying of creative capture (directors / videographers / photographers) procuring appropriate production resources.
- Procuring appropriate production resources (production resources / companies, crew, glam, locations etc.).
- Strategic and production infrastructure directives
- Feasibility checks
- Supporting the creating, developing, implementation and use of production standards, processes, policies and tools.
- Supporting the management of:
- Internal production tools (Shoot Calendar, Production Preferred Suppliers List, etc.)
- Production infrastructure internal owned / leased studios
- External production vendors
- Stock imagery relationships
- Product samples process.
