As a Product (Master) Data Analyst, you will safe guard our product data integrity, ensuring all our ranges are ready to trade timely, both on Tommy.com and partner channels.
Driven by an automation mindset, your main objective is to increase the efficiency of the process and accuracy of the data, ensuring a sustainable, long-term set-up is in place.
The challenge is optimizing the product data flows while developing a granular understanding of our system landscape.
With the increased relevance of our O&O channel and the recent deployment of Partner Program, you are accountable for the relationship with key stakeholders within the wider Ecom team (Planning, Merchandising and Site Merchandising), bringing awareness and maintaining the transparency in regards to product onboard status & challenges.
Your main goal is to improve the overarching product data quality and flow, supporting the rapid growth of these channels within the wider business organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing product data input and flow through our Ecommerce landscape, including both O&O and Partner Program scopes.
Doing so, while becoming subject matter expert /key user for a set of tools integral to the scope: PIM, Trade Byte, Master Feeds and related internal PVH systems
- Tasked on increasing automation and data quality, liaising closely with Product Owners and other business units, with the goal of improving data on board productivity & timeline.
- Driving process optimization short-term, while serving as the main Business stakeholder in relation to development on long-term solutions.
- Owner of the road map for topics related to Product Master Data development, prioritizing according to business needs and productivity related KPIs.
- Ability to analyse and validate data sets related to our products, being the guardian of our Product Data Blueprint.
- Acting as key contact for TH Master Data team across the wider Ecom team & PVH organization. Facilitating connections and synergy within and outside our department on topics related to product data and related tools & processes.
