MAIN PURPOSE
To drive the heartfelt adoption of product lines by assuming ownership over the creative production process. Which tier one agency is uniquely positioned to launch a line of products? You decide. How can we ensure deliverables will be ready on time and on budget? We look to you for guidance. You are an extremely organised creative champion who is responsible for producing all marketing materials, such as photo and video shoots. This includes agency selection, planning, budgeting, production, delivery, and creative asset management, both in- and externally. A role with unparalleled visibility on a truly international stage.
YOUR ROLE
As Senior Producer, you join our in-house agency (cheekily dubbed The Agency) where you work closely with the Creative Director. You sign off on productions that entice and engage millions of customers the world over. On brand. At reasonable cost levels for their high production and brand values. With a keen eye for meeting marketing KPIs. You are the 'go-to person' once creative concepts are greenlighted and shepherd the production process through its successive stages. This calls for a talent for juggling priorities, coordinating resources, and overseeing complex creative workflows in a stakeholder-rich environment where deadlines are your best friend.
You align activities with the Creative Director and are a fountain of inspiration for the two producers you manage. As for the productions, you claim ownership over the entire process. This includes pre-production activities, such as budgeting, sourcing, casting and booking creative talent, securing locations, production teams and styling professionals. You organise pre-prod meetings and ensure stakeholders stand behind the creative vision and approve the budget before work commences. You also manage the shoots and ensure the agreed upon deliverables are obtained.
In addition to this, you oversee the post-production process, which includes retouching, editing and the production of master files and adaptations. It should go without saying that you inject each production with a healthy dose of brand DNA. And you are in charge of managing the talent database, rates, and usage rights, and keeping a detailed and up-to-date record of all legal contracts and production usages. Of note: we are migrating to a new digital asset management platform (DAM), and gladly invite you to help set it up perfectly.
YOUR INGREDIENTS
- Your main ingredient is a fragrantly creative bachelor's or master's
- 5+ years of production experience, preferably with agencies focused on fashion, cosmetics, FMCG and/or retail clients
- You walk the creative production talk - your project portfolio simply blows us away
- You contain creative, video/photography production and project management additives in equal measure
- You combine a keen eye for design & aesthetics with solid production skills and deep knowledge of creative processes
- You have hands-on experience with shooting and editing videos and 2D campaigns, both for print and online use
- You love challenges and overcome them with agility and flair
