Responsibilities:

Independent management of large and important investment projects or programs within plant engineering (GMP environment)
Ability to interact and understand Eastern Europe or Russian culture
Responsibility for Interface management between projects or sub-projects
Lead international project team
Application of Octapharma project management standard including project documentation, reporting, trending and controlling
Risk and requirements management as well as claim and change management
Negotiation with suppliers and contractors including supplier selection
Lead of procurement process
Development of business cases
Technical responsibilities included
Design, discuss and review technical concepts for equipment and pharmaceutical production
Conduct feasibility studies and prepare concept selection

Your Profile:

A technical background (Mechanical engineering, Process engineering, Chemical engineering or Biotechnology) with the ability to evaluate engineering concepts
A university degree with at least five years work experience as project manager
Fluent in Russian and English, German is optional
Very good knowledge in PMI oriented project management processes
Basic knowledge in MS Project, Share Point and AutoCAD
Experience in the plasma industry (GMP) or any other highly regulated industry
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Take part in project management and LEAN trainings
Collection of lessons learned and best practice
Support of day to day PMO operations
Further development of internal project management structures

We offer:

A minimum salary of EUR 3.262,74 per month is paid. We offer payment in line with the market dependent on your qualification and professional experience.
