The Team
You are part of Calvin Klein Ecommerce and Marketing departments, reporting to The Senior Manager Performance Marketing. Your role is key in driving growth to our website as well as in driving brand visibility across Europe.
You will work closely with other teams within Marketing & Ecomm as well as Consumer Insights, CRM, IT and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SEO strategy and execution for our ecommerce business with the objective of increasing organic traffic, search ranking and maximize ROI.
- Accelerate the CK business through organic search, with clear understanding of technical and content scope.
- Monitor KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis against targets.
- Regularly report on SEO performance for all markets.
- Define strategy per market and category based on seasonality, potential, needs and supply characteristics
- Drive SEO automation: work closely with product, engineering, analytics and data science to build SEO bespoke tooling, reporting and dashboarding.
- Build a site wide content & technical strategy for SEO, aligning with merchandising, content, product, buying, trading, and ecommerce and marketing teams.
- Develop and execute an off-site strategy and work closely with Display, PR, content, agency, and other relevant teams.
- Define and improve global processes within Organic Search that will allow to scale operations across markets, engines and platforms.
- Drive competitive keyword research to identify opportunities for growth
- Align regularly with Paid Search team on keyword research, analysis and testing to ensure a profitable and sustainable marketing mix.
- Be an ambassador of SEO across the business: build close relationships with different teams from Ecommerce to Marketing to promote SEO and share processes and best practices.
- Develop and execute channels' roadmap aligned with the overall Marketing calendar and Ecommerce Strategy.
- Provide traffic/budget/revenue forecast for Ecommerce on a yearly and monthly basis.
- Manage the relationships external agencies through providing clear KPIs, Targets and priorities.
- Lead, coach and mentor 1 SEO specialist.
