Service Engineer / Service Technician (m/f)
Duties:
- Provide engineering / technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolution of problems in the area of after sales service
- Repairs, troubleshooting of machines, especially in excavators or port handling equipment / crawler cranes
- Handle warranty claims
- Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation and calculations
- Conduct product training at engineering level
Background:
- Completed technical high school diploma or technical apprenticeship
- +7 years years of professional experience in the field of construction equipment
- High customer and service orientation
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to traval and be flexible to work after hours when needed to assist in emergency situation
- Good computer skills (MS Office) and ideally SAP CS knowledge
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German
- Driving licence class B and C
