For the team of developers in the Venlo office of Hightech ICT, we are looking for a Java software developer who has a passion for designing and building web applications. Do you have what it takes to build and improve innovative cutting-edge web applications that give our customers a head start in the new digital world?
Your responsibilities:
You will be part of a team that develops challenging software applications, translating customer requirements into concrete solutions and migrate and redevelop applications for the (public) Cloud. You are involved in the formulation and elaboration of technical design and development, followed by implementation. This is where you really bring your code addiction to life.
Functie-eisen
Requirements:
- Graduate level education with an affinity for software development;
- Good communication and listening skills;
- Skills to organize your own work;
- A good command of Dutch and English oral and written;
- A technical degree;
- A motivated, result-driven personality;
- 3-8 years of experience as Java front-end developer.
Knowledge of:
- Java 8+, Node.JS;
- JavaScript, TypeScript;
- CSS, DOM, HTML5;
- AWS affinity;
- Knowledge of frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, ReactNative;
- Cross-browser and device development;
- Kotlin, Scala;
- Spring;
- Websphere Application Server;
- Webservices, JAX-WS;
- JPA, Hibernate;
- Reactive;
- Agile, Scrum;
- JUnit, Mockito;
- Jira, Confluence, Git;
- CI, CD;
- Test-driven development.
