We are currently looking for the right person to join our Software Development Department as a: Software Development Engineer - Team Leader (m/f) Located in Contern/Luxembourg

Software Development Engineer - Team Leader (m/f)
Located in Contern/Luxembourg
Your responsibilities would include:
  • Development of real time software for automotive electronics systems
  • Elaboration and review of System Requirement Specification
  • Component level software requirements analysis
  • Component level software design
  • Participation in software architecture elaboration
  • Code and test of software components
  • Review of Use Cases, Software Architecture/Design and Code
  • Configuration management, project management, change control and problem resolution for allocated components, quality audits
  • Responsibility for a team within the Software Development Department


You would need to meet the following requirements:
  • University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years relevant professional experience, experience in the automotive sector is a plus
  • Good level in English is a must, other languages are an asset
  • Experience in C as an embedded programming language is a must
  • Knowledge of micro-controller hardware and peripherals is a must
  • Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design is an asset
  • Experience with UML is an asset
  • SW Project Management knowledge is an asset
  • Knowledge of automotive processes and quality standards (e.g. SPICE, ASIL, HIS, MISRA, AUTOSAR) is an asset
  • Knowledge of IBM Rhapsody tool chain is an asset
  • Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN, LIN,PSI5, etc.) is an asset
  • Configuration management, project management, change control and problem resolution for allocated components, quality audits
  • Team leading experience is considered an asset
  • Good communication, analytical and team working skills
