For our client, a market leader in the automotive industry in Braunschweig, we are currently hiring a Software Tester (f/m) Navigation.
All test activities in navigation testing for car infotainment systems
* Manual testing
* Test automation
* Test reporting
* Scheduling and execution of test related activities within an agile development team
* Understanding of system requirements, architecture and interfaces of an up-to-date infotainment
* Analysis of requirements and creation of test specifications for manual and automated tests
* Cooperation and communication with development departments and Central Testing
* Conducting test activities in line with time and budget restrictions
* Self-reliant way of software assessment from testing point of view
Your profile:
* Practical experience with test methods, test techniques and test tools
* Practical experience in software testing
* Proficiency with Microsoft office tools
* Good analytical skills
* Automotive background - Experience in infotainment preferred
* Solid project experience, ideally from large teams and distributed projects
* Accurate and careful working style, based on autonomous and self-reliant way of working
* Fluent in spoken and written English and good German
* Outgoing, self-confident personality and team player capabilities
* Driving license class B
