The Team
PVH Europe is on a mission to redefine the fashion industry by driving full digitization along the company's entire value chain, from product design all the way to the end-consumer. The Front-End Operations team acts as the connector between "the business" and the support/development teams with a goal to grow the value and provide the best user experience on our Ecommerce platforms.
The Position
We are looking for a charismatic specialist with a strong interest in Ecommerce. You will be the face and voice of the daily operations within the ecommerce department. You will be a key connector and know how to accomplish success by working together with teams with different expertise.
- Support the Front End Operations Manager in assessing the severity of the issues and prioritizing the tickets assigned to the issues
- Lead the coordination and communication of the team to the other Ecommerce teams regarding the status of the issues, related Jira tickets, and the weekly reports
- Be the main point of contact for the internal stakeholder and external partners
- Be responsible for making sure the Ecommerce department is aligned with the GDPR regulations
- Have an overview of the Ecommerce checkout industry trends, competitive landscape, and new third-party vendors
- Take the lead in setting up new Ecommerce checkout related projects or third-party vendors
- Occasionally assist the team and product owners with the solving of issue related to the checkout process
- Monitor the performance of the website periodically through different systems and alert the relevant person/team when needed
- Give workshops, trainings and manuals to the Ecommerce teams on JIRA and GDPR related topics
