The Key Account Executive, working in the italian sales team, is responsable for:
- Functional: Support development and ensure consistant Implementation sales strategy.
- Ensure achievement of P&L and all other commercial KPIs, and ensure implementation of Sales strategy and all policies provided by Sales Director and/or CoE (focus on brand enhancing KPIs, not growth).
- Manage external communication processes regularly (annual, seasonal, quarterly Sales Campaigns).
- Ensure development of the account strategies, formalization by Strategic Account and Seasonal Account Plans and get sign-off by Superior.
- Run sell-in meetings, create seasonal product assortments and go-to-market plans.
- Manage and drive business analysis and business planning by managing the financial process.
- Monitor and report on customer and competitor activity and propose/initiate/take actions.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of sell-out and the order book as well as reliable and cost efficient supply.
- Responsible for (digital) account marketing and sales working budgets of brands at assigned customers
- Ensure customer compliance with ASICS group's contracts and terms
- Represent assigned accounts internally as ambassador towards sales and marketing communities on global and local level, managed all interfaces
- Controlling: Measure progress on own KPIs. Report to all superiors along guidelines (Sales standard reports) and monitor all reports. Monitor and report on customers and competitors activities and propose/initiate/take actions. Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance and ensure customer compliance with agreements.
Profile requirements:
- 3 to 5 years relevant work experience
- University degree preferably on Business or Sports Economics, International Management, Marketing and/or Sales
- Industry experience preferably Sports, FMCG.
- Strong communication skills: written and oral
- Other: Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good command of English both written and spoken. Other European language is a plus.
