In the Sr. Operations Manager role you are responsible for serving the customers by the right delivery service. You will oversee in this function the oversees sales order management, outsourced inbound transport, warehousing and outbound transportation both for B2B and B2C channel. You are a crucial contact for multiple departments (sales, LSP's etc.) and will manage the customer service team (5 FTE).
You will drive fulfillment at the right service level and owns the logistics budget. Furthermore you will play a leading role in enabling the new fulfillment services for B2C eCommerce and retail deliveries.
A selection from your further activities:
- Daily management of the European fulfillment operations;
- Oversee international operations in Asia and Middle East;
- Establish and maintain the strategic relation with the fulfillment execution partners;
- Improve and innovate operations.
- 10 years plus hands-on experience in internation Supply Chain operations;
- FMCG experience;
- LSP and Logistic management experience;
- Able to work with ERP systems, Oracle experience is a big plus;
- Teamplayer and conceptually strong;
- Excellent skills in English, both in writing and speaking, Dutch is a plus.
